Tutorial Observation - Notes

All tutors will have their tutorial observed. These observations are intended to ensure that we provide a consistently high-quality service to our customers. They are in no way intended to be critical of tutors. These observations are much more concerned with sharing best practices and providing constructive feedback, if necessary.

New tutors will be observed more frequently than established tutors.  Here the intention is to assist new tutors develop their tutoring skills and ensure that they are following the OXSS model.

Typically, observations will last between 10 and 20 minutes.
